in this instructalbe i'm gonna show u how to make a Simple & efficient wind turbine rotor here is the video of it:

 

First Step : The selection of materials

i used a 8.5" dia and 3ft. long PVC pipe to make the blades, i used a washing machine base to mount these blades on it!!...

 

 

 

 

Step 2 : cutting of the PVC pipe

i divide the pipe in 6 equal parts as shown and cut out 6 blades out of it....

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3 : Final shape of the Blades

this is the final out come:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Last Step : Used nuts and bolts to assemble the rotor

Final step is Using nuts and bolts to assemble the rotor
